Hormonal Health

Changes in our hormones can result in a range of symptoms which then have an impact on our psychologic wellbeing. This is where Talking Therapies Portsmouth can help. Whilst we can’t change the symptoms themselves, we can explore the impact that they may have on you and others and look at skills and techniques to manage that impact and not exasperate nay symptoms due to anxiety or depression.

We invite you to listen to our recording Workshop “Living well with Hormones” to find out a more about the link between hormones and our psychological wellbeing and how we may be able to help. Please contact the service if you would like this sent to you.

Psychological support can be offered on a 1:1 basis and/or through our specific groups.

We offer a Hormonal Health workshop which is free to watch and can be found here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/14wBqLEcxi0KSeGBfdt-bhqbaE0mbKRZn/view?usp=drive_link

Once you have watched this you can aces further support through our course:
